VA Streamline Rate Reduction

The VA interest Rate Reduction refinance does not require an appraisal or qualifying documentation.  No LES, W-2, Bank Statements, or appraisal are required for your approval!  Here are answers to the most frequent questions?

1.  The VA rate reduction must be used for an existing VA Loan.
2.  The Veteran does not need to currently occupy the home, but must certify that they occupied it  previously.
3.  The costs of the new loan may be financed so the Veteran has no "out of pocket" expenses.
4.  The Veteran can not get cash back, but the loan can be positioned to "skip a month" in payments.
5.  The new loan must be a "Net Tangible Benefit" to the Veteran.  This can be either a rate reduction, or a conversion to a 30 year fixed rate from an adjustable rate mortgage.
6.  The new loan can not pay off an existing second mortgage. Any 2nd mortgages must insubordinate behind the new loan.
7.  The existing loan can not be late more than 1 x 30 in the last 12 months.
8.  The new loan does not require an Appraisal
9.  The Veteran can qualify with out credit, income or asset documentation.
